To secure your expedition slot, a 30% booking advance is required. Your booking will be confirmed once the advance payment is received.
The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 15 days before the expedition start date. Failure to complete the payment may result in cancellation of the booking.
No. The quoted expedition price is transparent and all-inclusive. There are no hidden fees or surprise charges.
Cancellations made more than 30 days before departure may be converted into a credit voucher for a future IBEX Moto expedition. Cancellation charges apply within 30 days of departure.
The 30% booking advance is non-refundable. No refunds are available for cancellations made within 15 days of departure. Please refer to our cancellation policy for complete details.
Yes. Routes may be modified due to weather conditions, road closures, military restrictions, or other safety concerns. Any changes are made with rider safety as the highest priority.
Our expeditions travel through remote and high-altitude regions with limited infrastructure. Riders should be prepared for challenging terrain, changing weather conditions, and physically demanding riding days.
Yes. IBEX Moto regularly captures photos and videos during expeditions to document and share the adventure experience.
Expedition media may be used for promotional content, social media, storytelling, and marketing purposes. Riders who prefer not to appear on camera should notify the ride captain before the expedition begins.
Yes. Every rider must carry a valid driving license that permits operation of a geared motorcycle throughout the expedition.
Riders are responsible for any damage caused to rented motorcycles during the expedition. Repair costs will be based on the actual spare parts and service requirements assessed by the support team.
